7/6/2023 EnchantaVaughn Approved Upon arrival to the summer program setting, the client appeared to be in a content state as evidenced by greeting QMHP-C with moderate emotions. During morning observations, the client controlled impulsive behavior by interacting with peers in a positive manner while eating breakfast. During midday observations, the client exhibited difficulty interacting with his peers in a positive manner by keeping his hands/feet to himself while at the park. During afternoon observations, the client exhibited difficulty achieving all his target goals while eat lunch with his peers. QMHP provided Therapeutic Day Treatment services for the client throughout the day. During morning observations, QMHP provided the client with verbal praise and encouraged him to continue utilizing positive anger management skills by interacting with peers in a positive manner. During midday QMHP redirected the client and reiterated the importance of interacting with his peers in a positive manner by keeping his hands/feet to himself. During afternoon observations, QMHP redirected the client and reiterated the importance of achieving all his target goals. The client responded well towards Therapeutic Day Treatment services as evidenced by positive engagement throughout the day. During morning observations, the client agreed to continue utilizing positive anger management skills by interacting with peers in a positive manner while eating breakfast. During midday observations, the client was receptive to redirection and agreed to interact with his peers in a positive manner by keeping his hands/feet to himself while at the park. During afternoon observations, the client was unreceptive to redirection by refusing to follow directions and interacting with adults in an inappropriate manner. The client was then able to calm down and agreed to work towards achieving all his target goals.
